We view the exit plan as the most important part of our strategy. This means we look for assets in desirable markets that will hit our target returns within a three to five-year window allowing us to exit via sale or refinance with confidence.
Our strategy utilizes data and experience to find undervalued opportunities that most competitors overlook due to certain constraints.
We focus on secondary and tertiary markets that are in the path of progress allowing us to capitalize on population growth and desirable locations.
Our exit plan is one of the most important components to our investment strategy. We will not invest in an asset without a clear exit strategy.
